We're Shannon and Bobby — Airbnb Superhosts and the people behind House of Hartz. We created these properties because we believe a vacation home should feel like a genuine upgrade from everyday life, not just a place to sleep.
Every detail — from the custom furnishings to the stocked kitchen to the curated entertainment spaces — is something we chose personally. We've hosted hundreds of families, friend groups, and corporate retreats, and we treat every stay like it's our own family checking in.
Lake Havasu City is our home. We'll share our favorite spots, boat launch tips, and restaurant recs with every guest. You're not just renting a house — you're getting a local connection.
