An Overview of the Home
Cactus Ranch embraces a modern ranch style that effortlessly combines comfort and sophistication. The decor, with its off-white, tan, and black color scheme, exudes a soothing and timeless atmosphere. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, with a touch of modernity blended seamlessly into the rustic charm. The bunk room, in particular, boasts captivating cow skull and rose wallpaper and deep turquoise accents, creating a playful and vibrant ambiance. You can never go wrong with Pottery Barn!
As you step into Cactus Ranch, you are greeted by a sunken family room, exuding a spacious and inviting space. The room comfortably accommodates a large gathering and features an electric fireplace, setting the perfect cozy atmosphere. With over 7,000 square feet of living space, this vacation home offers ample room to unwind and enjoy your stay no matter what part of the house you choose to be in. In the family area is the prize couch of the home, too large for us to even measure! When it comes to size, this is your best bet. This home can easily sleep 30+ guests; it’s more like a five-star hotel than it is a house!
Cactus Ranch generously offers seven bedrooms, including a built-in bunk room in the hallway (which was Shannon’s favorite project . The total of 16 beds ensures comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone in your group. Each room is thoughtfully equipped with a large-screen TV provided by our friends at Costco (they’ve seen a lot of us this past few months). allowing guests to unwind and enjoy their favorite shows or movies. Additionally, most rooms have their own balcony or porch, providing a private outdoor retreat or the perfect spot for some solitude to enjoy your morning coffee.
The house also comes with nine full bathrooms (eight in the house and one by the pool) that come with a toilet, sink, and shower. All bathrooms have the same aesthetic touch of whites and blacks, giving a clean and home-like feel to the entire vacation rental.
Cactus Ranch boasts not one, but two kitchens, ensuring convenience and functionality. The main kitchen offers two bars that comfortably seat seven, with one serving as an island. Enjoy the convenience of a personal chef for special occasions! Upon request we will hire a chef to come to your home and cook for however many seat you want at an additional charge. The kitchen table seats ten, providing a spacious dining area for meals and shared moments. Additionally, a downstairs kitchenette equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, and fridge offers added convenience. Perfect for separate families to have their own moments of rest amid the loudness and excitement of a group vacation.

The exterior of Cactus Ranch is designed to impress. A brand-new spa, the largest that was available, beckons guests to unwind and rejuvenate. A barbecue area with a convenient bartop is located nearby, allowing for delightful alfresco dining experiences. There is also an outdoor table seating twelve with neon Cactus Ranch signage, perfect for enjoying meals outside! Lastly, you cannot forget about the putting green for all of our golf enthusiast warming up before heading over to Lake Havasu Golf Club!
The Huntington Beach-style bin fire pit is a visual delight, with its sleek black hexagon pattern surrounding the inviting waters. Our beautiful Ledge Lounger chairs positioned within the pool provide the perfect spot for basking in the sun. Six sand beach chairs encircle the fire pit, offering a cozy space for evening conversations and roasting marshmallows in the evenings!
Cactus Ranch's outdoor barn is a delightful space designed for enjoyment. Its floors have acid stains and walls are covered in burnt barn wood creating a rustic style. The rusty industrial lights on the sides add a touch of character. Within the barn, guests can indulge in games such as pool, full shuffleboard, cornhole, darts, and the classic ring game. A comfortable leather sofa and chair, adorned with cowhide, provide a cozy spot to relax and enjoy the space.
